The pavilion is sponsored with donations from mass organizations of Shenzhen and Hong Kong to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's Handover to the motherland in 2007. The couplet hung on the twin main columns on the right and left is inscribed with "From here sweet spring flows to Hong Kong and Shenzhen across thousands of miles, for ever all living things will remember Sanbai Mountain for the favour of nurture", revealing the gratitude for the kindness of water supply form the general public of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The pagoda of "Inaction" Temple, a 900-year-old edifice located in Wuwei Park, northwest Anyuan County, was sponsored by the seven distinguished clans, and supervised by the county native, Du Jian in 1097, the fourth year of Shaosheng Emperor’s reign in Song Dynasty. Following "Wu Wei Temple"(constructed in the fourth year of Changqing Emperor’s reign in Tang Dynasty, later demolished), the structure hence gets its name as Wu Wei Temple Pagoda. The towering building is 61.3 m high ( Thatsa, namely temple spike of 8 m). Its tapered body has six sides and nine stages in appearance, with each floor furnished with cornice, flat seat, balustrade, 3 doors and 3 niches spaced from each other, flower arms hung with bird-dispelling bronze bells, and Thatsa composed of cast iron appearance ring, Thatsa chain and treasured gourd. There are 17 open and hidden stories in total inside the tower. The ground story is a large winding corridor, which leads to the top of the pagoda through a circling railing. The waterfall, 4 km northeast of "The Volcano Jade Pool", pours down into the steep mountainous canyon. A spectacular sight is presented to an upward view by the pond of the waterfall, which thus is nicknamed as "Wangtian Waterfall".
On the southern edge of the Sanbai Mountain core area, the Volcano Jade Pool on the volcano is secluded in a small inter mountain basin, formed naturally with an area of 0.2 km2 and a sea level of 900 m.The pool used to be a crater several hundreds of millions of years ago, thus gaining the reputation as "The Volcano Jade Pool", Yaochi, namely abode of fairy mother goddess. The lake retains water at a certain level all year round, also labeled as "source lake". Hidden in surrounding high mountains and dense forests, the paradise remains isolated far from human habitation.
The Jiuquxi scenic spot, stretching out 5.18 km2, here refers to a stream converging hundreds of creeks in Sanbai Mountain, full of twists and turns in its zigzag course through surrounding sandwiching mountains and dense forests, leaving shallow shoals or deep ponds one after another.The string of main scenic spots include Breast-Like Peaks, Plough-tip Peak, Shiyi Flying Spring, Diaogou Pond, Tieban Cliff, Surfacing Giant Mussel, Finger Cliff, Sacred Alligator Lake and others.
The treasured ding, in Chinese, was cast in 2007 with public donations from the trio, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Hong Kong, to mark the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland. The vessel holds three legs, signifying the friendly sentiments rooted in mutual water-source preservation and attachment. The tripod adopts a round design symbolizing reunion and jubilation, with a total weight of 4.65 tons, and height of 4.65 m, standing for the distance of 465 km from Anyuan to Hong Kong.
